The firm is headed by Peters Iyiola Oyewole, a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Notary Public. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and has since remained in active legal practice. He became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) in 2003 and a member of the same Institute in April 2005. He was admitted into membership of the International Bar in 2008 and has served in various Committees of the International Bar such as Arbitration Committee, Mediation Committee, Capital Market Forum, Individual Tax and Private Clients Committee, Human Rights, Real Estates Law etc.

Peters Iyiola Oyewole has also attended several International Conferences organized by the International Bar Association, examples of which include: Annual Mergers and Acquisition Conference, 5th June 2011 (New York, USA) Roundtables in Times Square-Putting the Spotlight on International Arbitration on Broadway, 13th June 2011 (New York, USA) Annual International Bar Association Arbitration Day, March 2012 (Stockholm, Sweden) International Bar Annual Conference, October 2014, (Boston USA) amongst others. He has also written and presented seminal papers at different fora such as "Arbitral Proceedings under the Rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investments Disputes" (ICSID, 1964) University of Jos, 2009; "The role of arbitration in the resolution of Corporate Governance Disputes, University of Jos, 2009 etc.
